NOTE: The organizers are applying for a grant that enables to provide free registration to the scientific program, and it is expected that the outcome of this application will be successful. However, if the grant application fails, delegates will be invited to voluntarily subscribe an optional contribution to the meeting, to help to cover the operational expenses.

Cancellation requests must be made by September 28th, by written communication to udni2025@gmail.com. The participant will be entitled to a refund of the amount paid, deducting 20% for administrative charges.

The refund will be made within 30 days after the end of the meeting.
